Welcome to Village Pilates!
At Village Pilates, we offer a wide range of Pilates services at our boutique studios on Sydney’s beautiful North Shore. Our studios are conveniently located in St Ives and Belrose with easy access and free parking. Our group classes include Mat, the Booty Barre®, and Reformer. In our fully equipped Studios, we offer Semi-private (3:1) and Private (1:1) Studio Sessions.
Our instructors are all highly trained through Polestar Pilates, Australian Pilates Method Association, Pilates International Training Centre or Stott Pilates and they are incredibly passionate about their work. Our instructors enjoy working with clients to make a difference in their lives; whether it is to increase general fitness, rehab an injury (or two), help with mobility issues or prepare competitive athletes for major sporting events - our instructors do it all!

What Is Pilates?
Pilates is a body conditioning routine developed in the early 20th century by Joseph H. Pilates in Germany. A regular Pilates regime helps to develop strong abdominals, stable hips and back, assists with balance and increases flexibility.
Joseph Pilates believed that our body can be transformed into a perfect “powerhouse” with increased coordination, balance, controlled breathing, spine and pelvic alignment.
Overall, Pilates exercises can be modified according to your fitness level and range from beginner to advanced. Intensity can be increased once your body is ready to adapt to more challenging positions.
