Ref 20417182 The way we have been dumped by staff especially a so called supervisor is appalling. Promised would call back 48 hrs ago we have no phones no computers no television and no service from Optus. This is a farce that leaves no other option.

77 year old lady with major health problems, spent about 4 weeks waiting for landline to be fixed talked to several people all over the world in call centres no help, Disgusting . will be looking for an alternative service. Optus was always a favourite so what a let down
