My name is James, we had just been to one of your Macdonald's at Kellyville, on Windsor Road thru drive through and purchase two Mc happy meals for our grand children, when asked if wanted water or Apple juice I said Juice. however after picking up the boxes and arrived home there where no juices for the kids, when rang the restaurant was advice that the drinks are not put in the box gave separately, when received the boxes was not told to wait for the drinks, or given the drinks there, thinking was good to go and drove out. I rang the restaurant speaking to (ALANA) she said we were about to give the drinks and we drove off, Come on... as a big (French child)Mc Donald's your customer service needs to improve in having a better working method, why not give the drinks out first, then the customer knows the food is going to follow, PR standards are very low in communication too. Business' rating I'll give five stars, Staff in customer service it is a one. (for being there) I'm a retired Customer Service Manager.
