To briefly describe what a poke dish is, it is simply rice, noodles or salad, with raw marintated fish, seafood, tofu etc with toppings and condiments like mushrooms, kim chi, pickled veggies, seaweed, avocado, egg, cucumber, crispy onions, wasabi peas, etc. Simply put, it is a deconstructed sushi. Our premium salmon poke is popular among our customers and new visitors.
