The only Sawing & drilling organisation in Australia to achieve this.
Core drilling is performed by either hand held or stand mounted drilling equipment. Core holes can be drilled horizontally, vertically, as well as inverted. The size and depth of penetration that can be achieved is rather broad and comprehensive.
Read MoreHand held sawing refers to portable saws that are fitted with diamond blades such as hand saws and ring saws. This is more convenient for smaller jobs, where manoeuvrability and space is limited and the depth of cut required is moderate.
Read MoreRoad Sawing, also known as floor sawing or slab sawing, refers to large self-propelled concrete saws that are fitted with a diamond blade of varying size (depending on depth of cut). They are used to cut horizontal flat surfaces, capable of cutting 600mm deep.
Read MoreWall sawing uses a diamond blade that is mounted on a track which is fastened to the cutting surface. Wall sawing produces a straight, clean cut which can be employed on both vertical and horizontal surfaces.
Read MoreDiamond wire sawing involves the use of wire rather than a blade to perform the cutting. Used where other methods are not feasible. It is an ideal tool for cutting and removing concrete structures such as bridge decks, stair cases, columns or beams, etc.
Read MoreGround Penetrating Radar (GPR) services also known as Concrete Scanning, Slab Scanning or Concrete Imaging is a non-destructive concrete inspection system that can locate subsurface obstructions such as Post Tension cables, Reinforcement steel (REO), etc.
Read MoreRobotic demolition generates very little vibration or noise. They are extremely versatile fitting into restricted areas and as such represent the most efficient deconstruction choice for refurbishment or strip out projects including working within close proximity of occupied premises.
Read MoreHydraulic bursting and splitting breaks concrete by applying lateral forces against the concrete. Rather than shattering the concrete into bits as impact tools would, the lateral forces build up to crack the concrete into smaller sections.
Read MoreConcrete grinding is a great way to fix your concrete flooring imperfections. Be it an uneven floor, cracking, chipping, peeling, crumbling or just an poor concrete finish, grinding concrete is the most affordable way to repair a damaged or unsightly concrete floor.
Read MoreSoff Cutting allow's for the earlier cutting of concrete slabs to prevent random cracking. Used as part of major roadway construction as well as pathways and driveways. Joint Sealing is performed to protect the cut line created by either soff cutting or road sawing.
