We offer small group classes and cater for individuals who need sport specific training, rehabilitation, including postural alignment and symmetry, spine and bone health, reformer fitness or individuals looking to add Pilates as part of a healthly lifestyle. Our qualified and passionate instructors will design a programme unique to your individual needs and goals.

Our studio opened in 2008, initially as a Mat Pilates studio and then in 2016 as the only fully equipped boutique Pilates studio in the Rockingham area. The studio is well appointed, with beautiful high quality Pilates equipment, in a tranquil, light and airy setting.
