I’d been on a mission to get all of my affairs in order. My solicitor suggested a prepaid funeral plan with the caveat that I needed to be cautious about the plan and the company I signed with. I feel very fortunate to have found Southern Cross Funerals. They gave me a comprehensive plan that set out clearly what was and wasn’t covered. The funds invested are held independently as a capital guaranteed investment and will always be available to meet my funeral costs. I’ve written this because when you get this stage of life you want people you can trust to take care of you and the people you leave behind. I absolutely recommend these guys.
The Southern Cross Funeral Directors team are all so kind and generous. We were devastated by the unexpected death of my mother. It was so sudden that we had never even given a thought to what we would if one of my parents died. They saw how much help we needed and they did everything to make the process easy for us. They never left a phone call unanswered and they helped us with all of the paperwork and certificates. We were in such good hands, I don’t know what we would have done without them.
