About Wood MJ Pty Ltd
The Wood family�s love of Devons started with William Deane Wood (grandfather of Ahswood Devons owner, Malcolm Wood) whose very successful Woodbong Stud was located between Stroud Road and Wards River in New South Wales. William Deane Wood had many successes showing his cattle.
Ashwood Devons was started by Malcolm in the early 1990s at his farm in Stroud Road. Ashwood Devons, too, went on to be very successful at shows both in live exhibits and carcase competitions.
