The UWA Aikido Club was established in 1988 to practice Butokuryu Aikijujutsu under Brett Nener Sensei. This is a system of practical self-defence developed by Fujimori Akira Shihan in his lifetime of developing martial excellence. It is also practiced in Melbourne, Australia; and in Luton, UK.
