We started Your Phones Covered in 2010 after realising Australian Small and Medium Businesses needed more than a voicemail or an annoying “self-service” auto attendant. We built our technology, hired one receptionist and offered a two-week free trial. As our client base grew we hired more receptionists and wrote better software, and today our awesome team delivers great results while we continue to invest in our people and our technology.
