Had been a loyal customer for many years but when I purchased a toy that was not fit for purpose, their friendly attitude changed dramatically, becoming negative and uncompromising. Also, noted that they immediately erased from their Facebook page the dialogue regarding our concern. I am keen to support local business and although the toys are expensive I have been prepared to pay a premium, but not at the cost of being exploited.
