After renting a vehicle over Easter i find management has changed at Welshpool, current manager is Kelly Priest, a very flirty type, obviously uses her sexuality to encourage rentals, anyhow rented vehicle got a double charge from Thirfty, called up to enquire, get this over the top defensive attitude from Kelly Priest, who won't allow you to speak, speaks over the top of you, and if she feels your making too much sense, will hang up the phone on you. Anyways after pointing out you can't just take money from a customers credit card, you must let them know, she becomes aggressive, sarcastic and on the verge of just blatantly rude, after expressing previous management i would never have been treated with such contempt, she then says "Whatever blows your hair back" and after saying what a rude pig she is then says whatever floats your boat. Never before have i had such a contentious and rude person answer an enquiry why they are charging my credit card. Then to be met with such crass responses. A few days later i then am informed that Kelly Priest has been booted from every car rental company in Perth and has bounced around to every Thrifty store in Perth, and Welshpool is her last stop.?? Management you really need to pull your head out and see how this person maybe eye candy for Welshpool area but she is destroying relationships with your long standing customers. Thrifty - well they lose a Blue Chip member and Avis pick up my business and all referring business.. If you want tits and a flirty woman ripping into your credit card, and an attitude that of a feral bush pig, then Thrifty Welshpool is the place to go
