The Insolvency Service is an advisory and consultancy boutique providing insolvency-related services in Australia. We offer a service to businesses that is currently not being offered by anyone else. Much like everyone else claiming we are here to help, that is the case with us, but in a slightly different and independent way. We lead you in the right direction. Like a loan broker who takes a proposal to the bank to get it approved -- we are a liquidator broker who guides you in crafting a viable business plan and connects you with a panel of different liquidators, insolvency and turnaround professionals, financiers, and solicitors that we work with closely to help you through the maze of turning your business around. Some or most of our work may indeed come after the liquidation. This may involve speaking on your behalf to the liquidator, organising valuers suitable to the liquidator, or engaging solicitors and insolvency practitioners experienced in fighting liquidator claims or personal guarantees. This is where our 30+ years of experience in the industry really counts and negotiating on your behalf can save you money.
