About The Daylesford Meat Co

We aren't just great butchers. We are also pretty good farmers. We have been farming quality beyond free-range cattle and sheep for generations. Our shop stocks our own beef and lamb as well as the highest quality locally sourced chicken and pork. We house smoke our own bacon and smallgoods along with a range of quality take-home meals including pies, sausage rolls, soups, stocks and a full range of gourmet cheeses...
