HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in with a phone that was completely fine apart from the battery draining too fast. I'd cracked the screen 6 months prior but it had been working perfectly with no problems whatsoever, after 30 minutes they brought it back claiming the LCD was broken and THAT's why the battery was ruined. They claimed it was because I'd dropped the phone (they assumed I brought it straight in after the incident) once I told them that it had happen very long ago they said that "well that's how it is. I know more about this than you." And I proceeded to argue with the lady, and 2 'technicians' on the phone. After wasting my time for about an hour they told us that a technician was coming and we should come back in half an hour. I WENT IN TO GET MY BATTERY CHANGED AND IT CAME BACK IN WORSE CONDITION THAN IT HAD BEEN PRIOR. Not to mention they tried pinning it on me and the man and woman they made me converse with over the phone - supposedly 'technicians' talked like illiterate people and did nothing but talk nonsense in my ear. The man was yelling and not even letting me tell him what the phone was like before I'd handed it to them. The man said "was your phone dead before you came in?" and I told him yes but when I plugged the phone into my charger the red battery screen would come up so I knew that the screen was fine and it was solely a battery problem since it didn't seem to want to charge itself after I drained it. When I said this to him he blatantly ignored me and proceeded to tell me nonesense of my phone refusing to turn on BECAUSE the LCD was broken. But it had been perfectly fine beforehand. The lady told me that 'it happens to the screen gradually' so I asked her how it happened in the 30 minutes she had it if it happens 'gradually' and she said "I don't know". AVOID THIS PLACE.
