After explaining why the paint on bumper would not match on a near new car, showed me the car which while almost the same colour also had a substantial scrape mark on their new work, also the car roof which was not part of the accident was covered in long scratches, "hose marks from detailing your car" WTF honestly, back three times for work to be done bumper not aligning, eventually bumper fell off one hot day (was not secured by clips glued in) took it to asseror who sent it to another Panel shop as floor pan 20mm out of alignment which was supposed to be fixed took also roof was resprayed as the Hose marks went through clear coat and was covered up by polish.
