I'm a long time loyal customer that has previously reviewed favorably. Alas today's experience left much to be desired and ended with me returning to the store to collect the mower I'd just left with them. I was spoken to rudely and with disdain. I may be a woman but I've been the sole mower in my family for over 14 years now. Very disappointed and will now find another service provider.
