Specialist at working in environments as diverse as heavy industrial plants, city-centre office blocks, live retail outlets and listed buildings of historical importance, we have the skills to help you safely manage every aspect of asbestos in your property.
Key to managing asbestos is to assess the extent to which the property is contaminated by asbestos containing materials (ACMs). This is performed through a specialist asbestos survey, which identifies the location, type, volume and condition of any ACMs.
We help you to establish the nature of any asbestos contamination and develop a cost effective asbestos action plan that directly addresses the risks concerned.
Each action plan is developed closely with you, to dovetail with your existing Health & Safety policies, in-house procedures and permit-to-work systems and ensure that the processes selected to remove or make safe any ACMs are practical to implement, minimize disruption to your current operation and can be managed safely in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

We work in accordance with the objectives of the Waste and Resource Action Programmed (WRAP) to increase the use of recycled and secondary aggregates derived from demolition projects in construction. We carry out our works with a genuine concern for the environment, salvaging and recycling as many demolition-derived materials as possible to make them available for re-use in further construction.
Examples of materials capable of being salvaged and re-used in next-stage construction include: roof tiles, steel sections, structural timber, timber floors and joists, masonry, concrete cladding panels, profiled metal cladding sheets, complete steel frame buildings and concrete arising.
Our approach is to identify and document all waste construction materials that result from a demolition project to make them available for re-use.
We operate two Environment Agency licensed asbestos waste transfer stations that facilitate the safe disposal of ACMs generated from works to construction, commercial and public sites. We do not treat or incinerate asbestos waste nor manage asbestos wastes at these sites in a dust, powder, loose fiber, liquid or sludge forms.
