Terrible service, the software didn't deliver what its meant to deliver. I was told it is my fault, but then their IT informed me after weeks of going back and forward that not all phone calls get recorded! As a matter of fact only 2-3 % does which is shameful to what they are charging or claiming. Beware they are scams.
