‘Spot On’ is a commonly used term meaning excellent, superb or just right. Over the 11 years of practice I frequently hear my clients refer my remedial bodywork as ‘hit all the right spots’, ‘amazing!’, ‘beautiful massage!’, ‘on the money!’, ‘best massage ever!’, ‘wow incredible!’, ‘spot on!’. I firmly believe in the saying ‘results speak for itself’ thus the increasing number of returning and referred clients.
I have a ‘spot on’ ability to combine and execute remedial massage, dry needling, myofascial cupping, stretching, relaxation techniques with the perfect pressure, flow and have a keen attention to detail to ensure a tranquil ambiance and comfortable experience. Also highly appreciated are my ability to recommend effective preventative self-care stretches, exercises and the benefits of other holistic approaches to achieve optimal wellness.
