Expected to have an enjoyable meal tonight with my husband and granddaughter at South of the Border located at 274 High Street Maitland. I can honestly say that we will never go back, our orders were stuffed up, my granddaughter did not receive her soft drink or ice cream (this is actually written on the menu, kids get a drink and ice-cream with meal) after making a complaint the Manager / Owner Jill approached our table, we explained our issues, this woman never addressed any of the issues we complained about and then gave us attitude, I told her that we would not be back and her words were " there's plenty of pubs in the area" seriously, this woman needs to learn customer service skills. Oh and by the way, they charged the full price for the kids meal, even though we didn't get the drink and dessert.
