Simon was meant to make a sheer curtain for my nana's window. He said he would be there mid-September to install the curtain. He never showed up when he said he'd be there. We'd ring and he'd say he'd be there the next day between a certain time and he wouldn't show up and wouldn't call to say he wasn't coming. Eventually he would answer my nana's number. I called him from my phone and he'd answer straight away and then when I said what I was ringing about he would hang up. Thankfully no money had changed hands.
