At Serene Mind, Body and Souls, I aim to provide you with a beautiful and peaceful sanctuary, where you will be able to tune out and unwind from the busy world for a while and just relax, meditate and discover the true purpose of your soul.
Along with teaching meditation, I use a strong yet gentle healing technique called ‘Tibetan Sound Healing’ that helps to create positive sounds and vibrations to provide you with a blissful experience for a peaceful balance between mind, body and soul.
