Sharon McCulloch an Emergency Care Registered Nurse, I attended an enormous amount of emergencies and dealing with families and work colleagues who brought the casualty though the emergency department, clearly distressed and wishing they could have done more during this highly emotive time, it then became evident that people of the public simply didn’t know how to manage an emergency situation.
