The WORST discount store I have been to! Bad attitude and rude staff. My son who was holding a ball got told off badly by the staff there. Told him if he wanted the ball or put it back where it belongs. My son put the ball back immediately and got told off again for not putting it back where it belongs. My son who was 5, YES 5 years old who was a really good boy got really scared. She was a total BULLY! That staff was around 60+ years old. No respect for her! That doesn't give her the right to bully a 5 year old. I wish this shop will close down for good because we don't need this kind of store in box hill. A total shame!! Don't even deserve that 1 star! Customers of any age deserve respect!!
