These guys are terrible!!!!!!! I had a 5 bedroom house we booked for "Rockstar" to move. They actually showed up late, then said they needed a bigger truck. He left... AND NEVER RETURNED!!!!!!!. We tried for the next 2 hours to get a hold of him... we had to find another removalist.. paid double because it was on the day... and we were still moving ourselves with hired trailers at midnight ..... with 4 kids.. Thanks ROCK STAR!!! WE must have called them 50 times on the day... from 5 different phones..... never answered The guy then has the hide to text us nearly a week later and want to have a "reasonable conversation"....... About the only thing accurate about this company is the name..... NEVER EVER USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately we had a booking with Rockstar Removals and Scott and John promised us a service that they never delivered. On settlement day, 7.48am I received a text message asking if the removalists could come earlier as their morning booking had cancelled. We advised Rockstar that we were unable to move earlier due to a midday settlement and needed to continue with our 12-1pm booking. At 10.48am I received a second text message informing me that their truck had incurred a problem with the hydraulic lift. They advised the truck took another job before ours because we couldn't move our reservation earlier and now there was an issue with the truck. I called Rockstars several times but none of my calls were answered. I then resorted to texting them and they texted back saying they had called RACV. They never replied or called again confirming the truck had been fixed, they never attempted to find another truck within their company or another company to assist us. Clearly they have no respect for customers or understanding of the trust a client places when making such an important reservation. If possible please do not do business with this company and if you do decide to make a booking please be careful because there is a high possibility that if they find a better or higher paying job they will probably send you a text message about a 'truck which has a problem’ and never return or attend any of your calls. Yes it's true trucks can have issues but it can't be a coincidence that other reviews have already mentioned the same 'faulty truck' excuse and it's definitely NOT ON to not return calls to advise whats going on with a booking. My score: Timeliness : ZERO (didn't arrive), Services quality: ZERO (never received), Communication: ZERO (didn't confirm reservation, didn't answer calls, only texted) and Value: ZERO (never received so $$ don't matter here). ROCKSTAR = POORSTAR removals (this name suits better).
