I called Rob on a Saturday and he offered to fit me in the following day. He arrived on time. After 10 minutes of looking into the machine he stated the problem with the machine was the pump motor and offered to fix on the spot. Total cost was $300 plus $50 call out fee, with a 12 month warranty on the motor. Took about 30 minutes to fix. I'm very happy to be able to use the machine again.
