Riverstone quality meat market is a family owned business, owned by Andrew and Erin Toirkens. Andrew is the butcher in the family and worked in this shop 20 years ago, Andrew is an old-style butcher but also incorporates the modern trends.

Riverstone quality meat market is committed to ensuring that all meat sold comes from abattoirs that are committed to animal welfare. All beef and the majority of lamb come from Milton meats, near Ulladulla, which is registered with The New South Wales food authority. Milton meats commitment to animal welfare is second to none. The pork comes from Riverlea Australia which is a farm in the very southern part of New South Wales, about half an hour short of the Victorian border, near Corowa. All of the specialty meat cuts, eg.
