Unreliable and full of excuses. We had a brand new ducted system installed into our new home and had to move in with it incomplete, with two of the three zones not working. It has been over 12 months since Andrew started the job and still incomplete. Once he received full payment, he will not return calls and has become totally un-contactable. Have been trying to get hold of Andrew for 5 months to complete the installation including a huge hole left in the floor with the outlet cover missing. I am now spending money to have the system inspected and tested by an independent supplier to make sure that it actually complies. It makes you sick that someone can have such disregard for the customer, I have two small children and with a hole in the floor it is dangerous! They obviously have no pride in their work and lacks ownership and responsibility. How can these people get a licence? I recommend, you stay away, stay well away!
