Our plumbers are blocked drain specialists and after 15 years of diagnosing, unblocking and preventing blocked drains we have established that a blocked drain is just a symptom, not the actual problem. It is due to this that we follow our 3 stage process in order to completely irradicate your blocked drain problem and stop it from happening again.

Stage 1: Pipe Inspection

During this stage our drainage experts will locate and diagnose the source of the blocked drain. Making sure to take notes of the depth and size of the blockage as well as the type.

Stage 2: Unblocking the Drain

After the blockage has been found the correct tools can be used to remove the blockage. Our trucks carry a vast array of different drain clearing tools such as a water jetter and an auger for more stubborn blockages. Once the blockage is removed your water or wastewater should begin to flow again.

Stage 3: Pipe Relining

This process allows our plumbers to reline the inside of your pipe, creating a smooth surface for the water and wastewater to flow though. Using a special resin and a relining sock we are able to patch broken, or flaked pipes without digging.

There is an old saying that prevention is better than cure. Now even though blocked drains happen when you least expect them, once they have been cleared is the best time to install prevention measures to stop it from happening again. This is where Pipe Relining comes in.
