Prinz of Vienna was established in July, 2000 by husband and wife team, Michael and Margie Prinz, after a long and impressive career with five star hotels in the Asia/Pacific region. Michael, an Austrian born bakery/pastry chef and Margie a Belgium trained chocolatier/pastry chef, soon emerged as one of the favourites among Perth’s elite, with their never ending stream of fine products, especially their Viennese inspired creations.
