About Pregnancy Yoga Classes - Rita’s Pregnancy

Prenatal program is focused towards preparing you for labor and increasing the chances of normal birth. Postnatal program helps you to get back in shape faster, through targeted weight loss exercises & diet counselling. Our programs can be attended online and at the centre. Online classes follow the same routine as in class, which includes: yoga, stretches, meditation and Garbh Sanskar. The classes will be conducted by experienced child birth educators who are not only thoroughly trained professionals, but also keen to work with pregnant women to ensure their antenatal fitness and answer all the doubts that they may have about pregnancy, pain management and childbirth.
