About Phiitkidfitness

Family owned gym Based in South Logan Slacks Creek - right off the M1. We are passionate about health fitness, qualified trainers, who are also athletes, currently playing in the NRLW. We help train both adults and kids, we run group training sessions. We offer PT sessions and also strength and conditioning. Check to see where you are with an in-body scan thats available onsite. We are kid freely environment and love to promote health and fitness within our families and communities.
