We have 70 years of combined experience in our family still working within the HVAC industry. This site has been created for our new and existing customers. Our goal and work ethic is to provide accurate information and to excel in exceptional customer service.

About Us:

Pettit Air is a small family owned business with a big emphasis on technical expertise to install, service and maintain equipment ranging from single air conditioning units to the biggest cooling machines available. To us there are no specific products to promote as a sale, we are independent of any commercial supplier agreements. We focus on recommending and providing only those products that are in our customer's best interest.

Commercial Offices:

A well designed significant building has HVAC systems that consume approximately 11% of the total budget of the construction and relates to around 60% of the total energy consumption.

The budget required to maintain and upgrade HVAC systems is substantial and without accurate feedback and reporting these costs can expose all property owners or managers to financial risks that can minimise or rescind any financial growth that may have been forecast.
