As a loyal customer of several years I was quite upset when a senior staff member treated me rather poorly. Not only did this person have absolutely no idea about a product I was inquiring about, they also felt the need to make me feel like an absolute idiot. Management really have to retrain their staff, and understand that low prices are no enough to keep loyal customers coming back. I know I will definitely not be going back to Pet Deli in Nerang. I would rather pay more and be treated with dignity and respect.
This store has a good range of products and prices are very competitive with other pet stores. Sadly though the customer service leaves a lot to be improved on, quite surly staff with not a lot to say when needing assistance, can be a bit off putting. LizzieW
