Perfax Builders have gone out of their way to make sure our renovation is everything we wanted it to be. I have extreme chemical sensitivities and Patrick has sourced products that won’t make me sick (a very challenging task). We’re a bit old fashioned and don’t want the modern look - every request for something different from “normal” was met with understanding and a willingness to help us get what we want. They restored reclaimed stained glass windows and dealt with a challenging storm water demand from the Council. “It’s *your* house- you have to live in it”, Patrick often said. Henry has a heart of gold and works so hard. He convinced us that we would really benefit from adding a shower to our “powder room”, making it into a full second bathroom- we are so happy we took his advice! Thank you, Perfax Builders, for our beautiful renovation.
Do not use the services provided by this builder, as they are extremely deceitful. They use cheap resources, which result in many defects over time. At first the construction work may look promising, however you will find ceiling cracks and eventually a colapsed ceiling. Upon contacting the builder for further assistance due to the damages, they will not assist you in any way, unaccepting of their mistakes, unless it comes out of your own pocket. Many others have experienced similar situations and will agree.
