They ruined a $200 riding vest with an oversized logo, which was crooked. Due to the poor placement the logo also ended up over the tailoring seam so that lettering can not be seen when wearing the vest. When contacted about the poor job done & that the logo was too large, Virginia was originally going to replace the vest & re do it properly but then changed her story overnight to "It's not our fault, we did our best, no longer offering to replace it. I would never use this company again, they are dishonest.
