Was very unhappy with the customer service. Firstly was told the job would take 3 days which was great as it was my work ute. Then was told there was delay which was understandable. Then after over a week of not being able to work I was told a couple of days more, then when I went in to see how they were going was told I would definitely be able to pick it up the next afternoon. When I arrived the next afternoon I was treated with a great deal of arrogance as if I should have known the Ute wouldn't be ready. Having had a job booked for the next day I explained that I need and I was met with the response "you should hire another car then". Terrible people to deal with and would not recommend anyone going there.
