Loose Leaf Lettuce is a family owned business located in the Gold Coast Hinterland at Currumbin Valley. The property itself is on Tomewin Mountain looking to the East with a Natural Spring supplying our water source.
We are a small company which prides itself for locally grown produce of high quality customer service. We service a niche market of buyers and tend to grow for our customers on demand.
The company is owned by Natalie Woodland, who is a Former Executive Chef, who left the kitchen to pursue her passion of providing Auality produce for her fellow Chefs. Our Team consist of Farm Manager and Delivery Driver Karen Soussa whom has been with the company for many years. We also have a local Horticulturalist employed to expand our edible flower production. During the last 10 years we have come to realise that there is a shortage in quality locally grown produce for the local businesses to access and supply to their customers.
