Greedy, disinterested, unprofessional ... need I say more? I took a couple of shirts and pants there to alter as they were advertising in the shopping centre and I thought I would give them a try. They offer $10 vouchers online for completing their survey, only to hike up the price if you produce it. Seemed dodgy but I let it go. They actually offered me a "short cut" way of altering the width of my sleeves for a couple of bucks cheaper, basically by stitching through them but leaving the extra bits there. Really ???? They advertise a 30 minute hemming service with no conditions attached to it (massive posters covering the entire shopping centre entrance and in the shop as well), only to tell you right at the end that you need to wait 2 days unless you pay double. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere....
