Experiencing Italian gelato is a moment of indulgent pleasure which we have perfected over 150 years to ensure that the moment is pure and without compromise. The Lavezzi passion for flavour is evident in every aspect of the process from the meticulous roasting of coffee beans, right through to the selection of hazelnuts, to the baking of our own cannoli and cakes. All of the company's gelato is made from scratch, using high-quality, raw ingredients; this includes house-made roasted, Italian nuts, as well as house-made honeycomb, caramel, and a Nutella-inspired spread.
