** A POOR EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST! Thanks in large to Mark (Senior sales specialist) My family had the distinct disfortune of dealing with KELSO doors when building our first home. The first solid timber entry door was not fitted to size and had to be replaced, only for it to be replaced by a door with incorrect design. The third door that was finally to spec warped in the weather in one day!! (despite being installed undercover) When contacting mark about the issue, the blame was put solely on us, and then we were given a fact sheet about door care after the damage had already been done (A BIT LATE MARK) Now we are being asked to pay cost price for a new door! So in total that’s three bad doors for the price of two? Thanks for nothing KELSO AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I wish we did
