We are very proud to be a local, family owned building inspection business that provides high quality and accurate inspections and reports.

We carry out building & pest inspections in Brisbane.

Joshua Kasper is our Building Inspector and the owner of Kasper Inspections. He is a licensed Builder and Building Inspector and has been actively involved in the construction industry in Queensland for over 15 years. Joshua completed an Apprenticeship in Carpentry and holds a Certificate IV in Construction. He has significant hands on experience and has built and managed the construction of many new homes as well as multiple major renovations and boutique renovations throughout Queensland.

Joshua has a passion for building and prides himself on providing thorough, accurate and user-friendly building inspection reports and advice. He has an incredible eye for detail and a practical mindset that provides you with the best possible advice and guidance when it comes to construction in Queensland.

Kasper Inspections reports are comprehensive and are on average 50-100 pages long with photos.

We use moisture meters and thermal imaging free of charge.

We are a member of HIA and licenced by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission.
