I would recommend that anyone who has any issues with their boat/trailer/marine equipment stay well away from Karee Marine, there is no customer service, they are simply in the business to relive you of your well earned money. An example being is that they gave me a list of issues that I question existed, then immediately proceeded to offer me a ridiculous price to take the boat of my hands, this was all in the same sentence!! At no time did I give any indication that I wanted to sell the boat. The information that I received about my trailer was also incorrect and when seeking a second opinion there diagnosis was well off the mark. They come across as extremely rude and condescending, and then charge you ridiculous amount of money for there questionable diagnosis/ prognosis. Stay well away, you have been warned!!!
