Do not trust these guys! I never complain but I absolutely have to let others know about the service I got (or actually didn't get) from JMW (spoke to James). I live in Canada and I'm having a mechanic work on a complete Defender rebuild, involving an engine (LS3) and tranny swap. We contacted JMW so they could build us an adapter for the transfer case and shipped parts so they could make sure it would fit properly. It's been 2 months now that both my mechanic and I try to get an answer back from them. We got all the possible answers... "Sorry, I'm traveling right now..." or "We'll be done next week, my guys are working on it"... They even said that we could send the delivery company to pick-up the parts and have them shipped back to Canada. But they didn't answer the delivery company on two occasions so they cancelled the pick-up. Still no answer from JMW as I'm writing this. My project is delayed because of JMW, they have our dollars since we paid in advance and the parts we sent them. Do not use their services and be very cautious, especially if you can't get in their face. Cheers, Andre
