Phillip Lowe is a thieving maggot. He's had my VG Coupe for 18 months and been paid $36 000. I've just found out my car is in pieces all over perth and I'm $36k out of pocket. He's lied throughout the whole resto process and now is hiding like the weak, gutless dog that he is. Perth is a small place maggot, I will find you. Don't EVER use this thief, there are numerous people that he has ripped off. I wish I knew this 18 months ago.
