Harry's cooking classes are the only cooking classes I can find that have a reasonable price and ... Mindblowingly good food! I joined wanting to do the Thai, yet the Chinese cuisine Harry shows you is out of this world. You get a real idea about all the food you have taken for granted. I did all courses. They were all amazing. Harry cares for all dietary requirements and you learn how to cook with this in mind. Two downsides: It's instructor based, so a little less hands on. Some of the middle lessons do a lot of frying. But that's a fair way in (my own vegetable cooking is so much better now, I can do steamed Chinese Broccoli like the restaurants). If you want to learn genuine Chinese, Thai cooking join the class. Best decision I ever did.
