I WARN everybody against using German Star!!! We took our case against German Star to VCAT!!! It will be heard in October. If anybody would like to join or support us, pls write to: [email protected] We took our Mercedes to German Star to fix the problem with the heater fan they replaced a month ago and it was not done properly! What happened next was a nightmare! going on for three weeks.... in short: without our authorisation and permission they changed the original, perfectly working gear box into a second hand one (SIC!!!) What was the worst they used the faulty one, with a broken part and fixed it with two bolts instead of three (SIC!) It was picked up immediately during the RWC check next day.... Abdullah, the person we dealt with was from the beginning to the end was dishonest and sneaky, he was lying to us all the time and acted to our disadvantage. We lost a lot of time and money, not to mention our health..... !!!!!! We would like to use every opportunity to worn others against him and the german star!!!
