Fishpark Ridge is very true to the seafood items as it preserves the authentic taste. The flavors are amazing and the prawn is especially wonderful. But my review is partially biased towards the sumptuously baked pizzas. Our kids were in a very bad mood and had a fight with us. But when we ordered the pizzas, the mood lightened up and we were back on talking terms. It is simply amazing what well-cooked comfort food can do for you. Pizzas as takeaway are absolutely essential if you want to make the most of your visit to Fishpark Ridge in Noosa Heads. The staff is also very polite and the service is quick.
I have no doubt in my mind that they are the best seafood restaurant in Queensland. All an Ozzie wants is lay back, relax and have a meal in peace. And this place ticks all the boxes. It has just the right balance in terms of comfort and quality of food. I went with my wife and it was an experience to remember. We had Tuna Tartare as the starter and it was sumptuous. As the main course, we had a Barbequeseafood platter that was equally good if not better. The service was warm and very personalized. Overall, it is a great eatery and I would be going back soon.
