At Excel Musculoskeletal Therapy, Jason uses a variety of techniques stemming from osteopathy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, sports medicine, along with remedial/sports massage techniques which are gentle but effective. In a one-hour treatment you will be given a comprehensive structural and postural movement analysis, along with muscle strength and range of movement tests to identify the problem areas.
